Material Introduction: PP Zhejiang Petrochemical HP550J is spinning‑grade homopolymer polypropylene. It features good rigidity and balanced mechanical properties, mainly designed for extruded flat‑yarn processing.

Main Applications

Woven products: woven bags for grain, fertilizer and cement packaging, packing straps, ropes, brushes, net‑type products, carpet base fabrics.

Injection‑molded products: automotive interior parts (seat frames, interior panels), home‑appliance housings (computer cases, TV housings), household articles (plastic chairs, tables, storage boxes) and daily‑use goods.

Injection‑Molding Process Parameters

Injection pressure Up to 1800 bar (approx.180 MPa)
Injection speed High‑speed injection is preferred to minimize internal pressure; if surface defects occur, adopt low‑speed injection under higher melt temperature.
Runner & Gate For cold‑runner system, typical runner diameter:4‑7 mm. All gate types are applicable; typical gate diameter:1‑1.5 mm (edge gate: minimum depth = 1/2 wall thickness, minimum width ≥2×wall thickness). Hot‑runner system is fully compatible for PP. Mold‑design suggestion.
